Brief Therapy

Solution-focused support for what’s happening now.


Brief therapy is ideal for individuals seeking short-term, solution-focused support. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or need help making sense of a recent experience, brief therapy can provide clarity and direction in just a few sessions.

  • Ideal for stress, decision-making, relationship issues, or work-related challenges

  • Available virtually or in-person

  • Typically 1–10 sessions, and can be tailored to your needs.dsc 

Fees

20 minute initial consultation -- free

50 minute session cost -- $200

80 minute session cost --$300

if cost is a barrier, please inquire about the availability of sliding scale sessions.

Payment

Payment can be made with e-transfer or credit card. A detailed receipt will be provided that can be used for reimbursement through insurance providers.​

Insurance

Psychological services are covered by a variety of insurance providers. Please confirm your individual coverage details directly with your insurance provider.​
